Join Us for Our Annual Christmas Party!

Ho ho ho! The holiday season is upon us, and it's time to celebrate with your fellow ham radio enthusiasts and club members! We invite all members and their guests to join us for an evening of festive cheer, camaraderie, and fun.

It will be on December 4, 2025 from 6.00 until 9.00. At the Winter Springs Civic Center. Same location as our meetings but the building next door. Click here for GPS directions to the front door.

We are doing this year's party differently. It will not be catered but instead we will treat it like Pot Luck. We are doing this so we can cut costs and save money as a club. The general plan is similar to our previous Pot Lucks.

LMARS will supply main entrees (meat), water, tea, coke, sprit, plates, paper goods, etc. We ask that you bring a side dish and/or dessert to share with the group. We will coordinate the side dishes and desserts and will need you to register for what you would like to bring. The signup sheet for side dishes and desserts will be sent out as we get closer to the event. We need a hard number for the attendees.

The menu is planned to include... Turkey; Ham; Stuffing; Mashed Potatoes with Gravy; Mac & Cheese; Sweet Potato Casserole; Green Bean Casserole; Glazed Carrots; Cranberry Sauce; Rolls; Ice Tea; Fresh Brewed Coffee; Dessert; and More!!!

The Great News is... since it will be a Pot Luck we will not charge for tickets but we will kindly accept donations. Bad news is seats are limited to 80 since the space is limited. So register your attendance now via the link below.

We hope you join us for the festivities. The agenda will include the announcement of the winner/s of the LMARS Rookie Challenge & Contest with the winner/s receiving a brand new Yaesu FT-4XR handheld radio, Recognitions and Awards, and more!

And best of all… Fellowship with the coolest ham radio club members in the area.

Another fun twist we are doing this year is that if you have a Fun, Cool, Interesting... Amateur Radio related item please bring it. We are going to use these as center pieces for the table. Bring a small cardboard placard with your name, call sign, and what it is.

Dress in your favorite holiday attire, bring your festive spirit, and let's make this a memorable gathering! We can't wait to celebrate with you.
